Dear Friend:
We would like to invite you to join us for the 4th Annual Hope Mission Charity Golf Classic. Due to the generosity of many in the community in past years, we have been able to help the less fortunate citizens of Carteret County with necessities such as food, clothing, shelter and more. Your help is needed more then ever with our current economy and so many unemployed. We have a great challenge before us. But with your help and the help of others like you in our community we are assured that are fellow citizens will receive the hand-up that they deserve.
The 2010 tournament will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2010 at the Brandywine Bay Country Club. We will also be including a dinner party on Friday, September 17th at the Crystal Coast Civic Center, offering great food, entertainment and fellowship. A raffle and silent auction will also be featured. Additional dinner tickets will be available at $20.00 each.
We are very excited about our event this year and hope that you are able to join us. A sponsorship application is downloadable for your convenience, just follow the link at several points throughout this letter. If you can’t be a sponsor, please consider making a generous donation. We would like to emphasize how much every donation, small or large helps someone in desperate need. The person you help could be a friend, neighbor, or family member, who is silently suffering.
