Hope Mission THRIFT STORE!!

Friends and Supporters of Hope Mission, we have great news to share with you and hope you will share it with your neighbors, friends, family and co-workers.

Hope Mission Ministries is opening a Thrift Store that will enable us, to expand our ministry, as we to continue to meet the needs in our community.

Our thrift store will enable us to:

a) open a home and provide assistance needed to homeless ladies
b) open transitional homes and provide assistance to men and women who have completed a 6-month substance abuse recovery program through Hope Mission’s sister organization, Hope Recovery Homes
c) increase our emergency financial assistance to help those in financial crisis

We need your help!

If you have items that you are replacing, giving away, want to donate, etc. bring them to Hope Mission or the new Hope Mission Thrift Store (1409 Bridges Street – directly across from Hope Mission and the Morehead City Fire Station) or give us a call (252-240-2359) for more information. We will pick up large items.

Empty Bowls 2016

The Empty Bowls Committee of Hope Mission of Carteret County and the Hope Mission Board, wishes to thank the following individuals and businesses for helping raise over $15,000 at the 12th annual luncheon fundraiser.  HopeDSC_0004 Mission shares a portion of the proceeds with Martha’s Mission as both entities work toward the same goal of feeding the hungry of Carteret County. We also thank the many individuals, who are too numerous to mention, who volunteered in helping to make this event such a success and of course it would not happen without all who came to support the event by purchasing tickets, participating in the 50/50 raffle, and or the silent auction among the daily festivities.
